Jones Walker SALT Team Leader, Bill Backstrom, was quoted in the Law360 article, “La Voters Refuse to Get Rid of Corporate Tax Deduction” regarding the rejected ballot measure to scrap the corporate tax deduction for federal income taxes paid.
